The 230,000 sq ft presidential Palace design for the Gambian President consists of African motif that blends with contemporary English style.

The Palace itself consists of 33 bedroom, 2 main dining area, 4 main lounge and 1200 banquet facilities. The main prayer room at ground floor was designed to accommodate 500 devotees while the multipurpose hall was designed to cater 1000 guests. The President palace was designed to cater official and non-official guest with the present local design approach.
